Dr Gray is the Advisory Board Chair for NSBE Houston Professionals. Joshua was the Chapter President from 2021-2023. He is a community leader, engineering professor, and management consultant.

Leteshia Lowe

Mrs. Lowe is the Advisory Board's Internal Co-Chair for NSBE Houston Professionals. Leteshia was the 2022-2023 Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Houston President. She previously served as NSBE Houston's Pre-Collegiate Initiatives Lead.

Mr. Flakes is the Advisory Board's External Co-Chair for NSBE Houston Professionals. Kenneth is an engineering manager at OneSubsea, a SLB. Company OneSubsea is the global leader in integrated solutions, products, systems and services for the subsea oil and gas industry.

Courtney Cunningham

Ms. Cunningham is NSBE Houston Professionals' Communications Zone Advisor. Courtney previous served as the Chapter Secretary for several years. She is an Engineering Project Manager for Harris County and was previously a Project Manager for Freese and Nichols.

James Smalls

Mr. Smalls has over 15 years of experience in leading multi-million dollar projects/ programs at Dell Computer Corp, NASA / SAIC and HP Inc. James has international business experience in Toulouse, France; Taipei, Taiwan; Shanghai, China and Pune, India. He studied international business in Munich, Germany and Prague, Czech Republic with UH Bauer Executive MBA Program with emphasis on Global Leadership.

Latonya Ellerbee

Mrs. Ellerbee is a dedicated and experienced IT Consultant with 20+ years of demonstrated history working in the Oil & Gas industry. Latonya is skilled in the following: SAP modules, system analysis/implementation, consulting, operation management, social perceptiveness, quality control, technology design, training, and collaboration with all stakeholders.

Johnny Gant

Mr. Williams has 12 years serving as a sales leader and territory manager in the oil and gas industry delivering multimillion dollar revenue growth in competitive markets. Carl spent many years as an independent contributor and sales coach/trainer in the areas of industrial, commercial, and automotive lubricants.

Nelia Mazula

Ms. Mazula was the 2021-2022 President of the Federation of Houston Women Professionals. Nelia works with executives to develop comprehensive digital and automation strategies including product lifecycle management, automated construction processes, improved vendor collaboration and turnkey digital plant solutions.

Danny Norris

Danyahel “Danny” Norris is the Principal Partner of Norris & Norris, Attorneys and Counselors at Law, which specializes in providing intellectual property law and other transactional legal services to individuals, small businesses, and other entities.

Johnny Gant

Mr. Gant is a native Houstonian with over 20 years experience in construction, real estate and engineering. Johnny received two awards from the Greater Houston Contractors Association as one of Houston's Best Contractors.
